The Oregonian Names PacStar a Winner of Oregon Top Places to Work 2020 Award
Award honors outstanding employee-based culture, rewarding work environment, job satisfaction

Portland, Ore., Sept. 28, 2020 – PacStar, a leading developer and supplier of tactical and enterprise advanced communications solutions, today announced that the company has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Oregonian. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administrated by employee engagement technology company Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“I’m very pleased that PacStar has been named as a Top Place to Work by the The Oregonian based on our employees’ feedback. Our team’s perspective of our work environment and our team members’ job satisfaction is very important to our entire management team since they are truly the best judges of an organization’s culture,” said Peggy J. Miller, CEO of PacStar. “I believe it’s extremely important to foster an employee-focused culture that supports both individuals and strong connections among teams, particularly during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic. I am very proud of our PacStar team and all that we have accomplished together.  I look forward to continued growth and collaboration as we achieve more great things in the future.”
