Curtiss-Wright is using the Singapore show to showcase a new-generation flight recorder that can store 25h of cockpit audio recordings, meeting a mandate for commercial aircraft set to take effect in 2021.

Fortress combines Cockpit Voice Recorder, Flight Data Recorder, DataLink Recorder, and Airborne Image Recorder in a single unit, bringing COTS-based Usage Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance solutions to the Avionics Market.

Curtiss-Wright’s Defense Solutions will display its latest products for aerospace and defense airborne platforms in its booth at the 2020 Singapore Airshow (USA Pavilion: Stand #V67).

New commercial and military aircraft production is preceded by extensive flight tests to prove the performance of the aircraft and its sub-systems.
